Vipul Amrutlal Shah has long been regarded as one of Bollywood’s finest directors and producers, known for delivering some of the industry’s most impactful classics. Among his boldest creations is The Kerala Story, a powerful and daring film that earned immense acclaim for addressing a sensitive and often-ignored subject. Building on the film’s impact, a book inspired by it—titled The Untold Kerala Story—has now been launched. Authored by Sudipto Sen and Ambika JK, the book was unveiled at a special event by the Honourable Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta. The launch was graced by the authors, Vipul Amrutlal Shah, and several esteemed dignitaries.

Following the event, CM Rekha Gupta took to Twitter to share her thoughts, praising the book for shedding light on critical issues in Kerala. She congratulated the filmmakers and authors for their courageous storytelling and lauded the book’s contribution to national discourse.

The book is all set to find immense success and resonate with a wide audience, following the massive box office triumph of the film. The Kerala Story remains one of Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s most talked-about and impactful projects to date.
Talking about Vipul’s upcoming work and projects, he has an exciting slate of upcoming projects under his banner, Sunshine Pictures, reinforcing his commitment to bold and original storytelling. Leading the lineup is Governor starring Manoj Bajpayee—an intense political thriller. Another big project is Hisaab, a heist drama directed by Shah himself, starring Jaideep Ahlawat and Shefali Shah. Co-produced by Aashin A. Shah, both films promise gripping narratives and powerful performances.

Actress Seerat Kapoor, who has always amazed the audience with her stunning physique and radiant skin, finally reveals her secret mantra. The actress shares her secret behind her glow — and it’s simpler than you’d think! Seerat often keeps sharing glimpses of her workouts and diet habits on social media and has finally revealed her personal morning ritual and skincare routine that keeps her looking radiant on and off the camera.

Talking about her fitness and skincare, she says, “I genuinely believe that beauty is an inside-out journey. If you treat your body well and are consistent with your efforts, your skin naturally radiates it. I don’t rely too much on what’s trending in the market or external treatments; my daily routine has never failed me, even in the most strenuous schedules.”

Seerat starts her day with a wholesome, antioxidant-rich vegetable smoothie that she prepares herself every morning. “After my workout, I always drink a Green Juice Recipe which includes the following:
Palak
Celery
Parsley
Pudina
Cucumber
Adarak
And Amla
Blend a gracious amount of each with water, mix well and beat the heat to its cooling properties. It’s refreshing, flushes out toxins, keeps my skin clear, reduces stress on the body and gives me the perfect boost of energy to kickstart my day.”

The actress also maintains a clean, high-protein, and green-rich diet to support her active lifestyle. “I usually stay away from outside junk food and aerated drinks. No excessive oil because in my personal experience iv realised, that your skin reacts immediately to what you consume. The more natural and clean your food is, the lighter you feel and look. Also, water is my best friend. I make sure to drink enough throughout the day because it keeps my skin supple and detoxifies the system. I’m very conscious about my meals and follow mindful proportions. I also allow myself to indulge once a week. No crash diets, a disciplned lifestyle, wholesome meals and natural, clean food, makes a huge difference to your skin and overall health.”

A dedicated fitness enthusiast, Seerat never misses her workouts and also believes in taking care of her mind. “My fitness routine is incomplete without meditation. It calms me, keeps my focus intact and adds to my inner happiness — which ultimately shows on the outside too.

She also reveals how she herself takes care of her skin without using any expensive treatments. She says, “On shoot schedules, I start my mornings by icing my face. It reduces puffiness and tightens the skin. Then, I  apply a good hydrating serum, followed by cream and a sunscreen before stepping out. No matter how tired I am, I never sleep with makeup on. I cleanse the pores of the skin thoroughly, hydrate my skin again and let it breathe while I sleep. Less is more.”

Seerat also shared a treasured skincare secret passed down from her mother — a homemade rice water face mask that she swears by. “My mom taught me this recipe and it’s been a part of my regime for years now. It’s gentle, effective and keeps my skin naturally healthy.”
The ingredients included are
1 big spoonful of raw rice
½ a cup of water
2 big spoons of aloe vera gel
1 spoon of glycerine
1 spoon of rose water
1-2 vitamin E capsules
Method:

“I soak one big spoon of raw rice in half a cup of water overnight. In the morning, I take a spoon of that fermented water and mix it with two spoons of aloe vera gel, one spoon of glycerine, one spoon of rose water and two vitamin E capsules. I store this in the fridge and use it twice a day, especially as a mask before bedtime. It absorbs into the skin overnight and leaves it feeling fresh, nourished and youthful on waking up.”

Seerat’s philosophy is simple — consistency, discipline and natural care.
“Taking care of yourself isn’t about spending on expensive products. It’s about understanding what is best suited for you and treating your body and mind with care. Consistency is key.”

Seerat Kapoor’s honest, no-fuss approach to health and beauty is a refreshing reminder that true glow comes from within, and simple, mindful habits can truly make all the difference.

In a world constantly changing, Anupamaa Produced by Deepa Shahi and Rajan Shahi stands still—not out of fear, but out of strength. She holds her ground as a woman, a mother, a daughter, a professional, and above all, as a soul who refuses to be defined by others.

At a time when television is saturated with drama for drama’s sake, Anupamaa dares to tell a different story—one of self-respect, emotional intelligence, and evolving womanhood. This isn’t just a show. It’s a quiet revolution.

From being taken for granted in her own household to becoming an entrepreneur and emotional anchor for her children, Anupamaa’s journey is not just inspirational—it’s relatable. She represents every woman who has been silenced in the noise of responsibilities, every mother who puts herself last, and every individual who was told “it’s too late” to start over.

What makes her journey powerful isn’t that she suddenly becomes a rebel. It’s that she chooses compassion even while setting boundaries. She listens more than she speaks, but when she speaks, it’s with clarity and courage. And when she chooses herself, it’s not out of selfishness but survival.

Recent episodes have beautifully shown Anupamaa navigating not just external challenges but her inner transformation. Whether it’s her renewed relationship with her children, her struggles to balance work and personal life, or her evolving connection with Anuj, it’s all layered with emotional truth.

The writers of the show deserve credit for not rushing her progress. Growth in Anupamaa is slow, often painful, but always authentic. Because real life doesn’t change in one episode—and that’s exactly why this show touches millions.

What also sets Anupamaa apart is how it doesn’t paint women as perfect or men as villains. Every character is flawed, every situation layered. That’s where the beauty lies. In the grey. In the everyday. In the decision to rise, no matter how many times you fall.

So when Anupamaa speaks, she speaks for a generation. Not the loud, rebellious one—but the silent warriors who’ve waited too long to be heard.

As her journey unfolds, one truth becomes evident: The real empowerment begins not when the world sees your worth, but when you do.

And that’s why Anupamaa is more than just a name. She’s a movement.

From rejection to a powerful breakout performance, Aditi Shetty’s journey into Rana Naidu Season 2 is nothing short of inspiring. And Tasneem is just the beginning

Actress Aditi Shetty is winning hearts as the fierce and fearless Tasneem in Rana Naidu Season 2, a role that has marked a transformative moment in her career. But her journey into the world of action, strength, and powerful screen presence didn’t begin with success—it started with rejection.

“I had auditioned for Rana Naidu Season 1 for the character Mandira, and didn’t get it. So when Season 2 came around, I just wanted to give it a shot without overthinking” Aditi recalls ” I was told this new character is one of the strongest female characters in the show — a young woman who stands up to Rana, has a proper face-off scene with him, and earns his respect by the end. This role intrigued me”

Playing Tasneem wasn’t just about acting—it demanded a complete physical and mental transformation. “Tasneem is a stuntwoman, so my body had to look like that,” Aditi explains. “I’ve always been into fitness but I started strength training intently to build muscle. I also adjusted my diet to gain strength without losing too much weight”

When she first met the directors, Karan Anshuman and Suparn Verma, the vision for the character was immediately clear. “We discussed changes to my look for this character, since Tasneem is a small-town, rough, raw girl who works in a stunt studio full of men. The attire would be tank tops and loose trousers—not the usual girlie clothes. The character would be sporty and fit”

Even her speech and demeanour were reworked. “They told me how to slow down my speech, be dominating and own my space — like a cat. Watch how a cat moves, its awareness, and how it takes its own space. That stayed with me”

Aditi’s first shoot day was meant to be a small entry scene—but the anticipation was overwhelming. “I had just two lines, but I was nervous — the whole cast was there, and I wanted to prove I belonged. I sat in my vanity for 12 hours rehearsing the same two lines in the mirror repeatedly with focus. But that day, the scene didn’t happen due to delays. By the time I shot it the next day, all the nerves had calmed down — and I could deliver with confidence”

One of the biggest moments for Aditi was a confrontation scene with the show’s lead, Rana Daggubati. “Very early on, I had the big scene with Rana — in Episode 7 — where Tasneem questions him for being controlling. I was super nervous because… It’s Mr. Rana Daggubati. But Karan sir patiently rehearsed the scene with me. When we did the final take, I was calm and confident. Later, I got good feedback from Rana and Suparn sir. That appreciation made me happy. That same day, legendary filmmaker Rajamouli was on set. “I didn’t get to meet him, but I remember being on set manifesting — one day, I want to work with him”

For Aditi, the stunt work was entirely new territory. “I had never done stunts before, but for my introduction scene, I had to do a backflip on a harness. I trained with Geeta Tandon, one of Bollywood’s top stuntwomen, who taught me everything. The entire team — from ADs to action directors — was so encouraging. The experience of doing my stunt work—kicks, flips, harnesses—was unforgettable”

Veteran actors Venkatesh Sir and Abhishek often stepped in to guide her. ”They would kindly show me how to do the scenes better and I just followed them. Conversations with Sushant Singh were inspiring—I learnt so much from him. He’s a great human being”

The camaraderie on set was equally memorable. “Everyone had each other’s backs. It was magical. We all used to hang out together. I was nervous at first, but everyone just welcomed me in. We were cracking jokes and spending time. The on-set time was always lively and warm. During the scenes, we would end up pranking each other and having a lot of fun. Everyone on set was a treat to be around — no egos, just good work”

Aditi holds special admiration for the team behind Rana Naidu. ”Karan, Suparn, and Abhay were dream directors for my OTT debut and absolutely the best. They were extremely supportive and motivating. Now that the season is out, I am so grateful for their support and faith in me”

Reflecting on the role, she shares, “Tasneem is so different from me. She’s a strong personality — unhinged. And honestly — this experience, these people, this role — it wasn’t just work. It was a blessing”

As the love pours in from fans, Aditi is more motivated than ever. ”I’ve been getting a lot of love from the audience and I’m honestly grateful and happy for this. Waiting to work harder, deliver more such roles, and explore opportunities”
